In this session, she would talk about team metrics, such as velocity. And, participants will learn that velocity is not an accurate measure of how the team is progressing to finish the product. Instead of velocity, various measures to understand what a team does, where the work is, and how long the work takes would be covered. As part of the session, we will also examine what it takes to explain the team's progress to others, in terms of the product backlog burnup chart, what's done and not yet released, and how to show others working product.
